2. Product Returns

At IndianFood.ro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We continuously work to provide high-quality products and reliable services.

We believe in clear communication, transparency, and keeping our promises. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, customers must inform us of their decision to withdraw through a clear statement before the legal withdrawal period expires.

Return Conditions

• Customers must notify us of their withdrawal within the applicable legal period.
• Products must be sent back within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal decision.
• We recommend returning products in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Customers may be responsible for any reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products.
• Direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree to cover them.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection legislation, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

• Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed by the consumer.
• Other products specifically excluded under applicable law.

These exceptions apply only where the legal requirements are met and do not affect customers' statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming products.

Refund Policy

Where a valid withdrawal is made, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal from an entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge, as required by law. Additional charges for delivery methods more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method, at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact the IndianFood.ro team and inform us of your decision to withdraw.
2. Provide your order number and details of the products you wish to return.
3. Pack the products carefully to protect them during transport.
4. Send the parcel to the return address provided by our customer support team.
